36 hours of dance is a concentrated programme of performances, studio presentations and conversations highlighting some of the most exciting choreographers working in Sweden today. Taking place in Stockholm on 23–24 October 2026, the programme brings together artists, presenters and programmers around new choreographic works and artistic practices. More info and registration!

RESONATING SPACES Three distinctive choreographic voices from Canada, Finland, and Sweden join forces at CINARS to present excerpts of their compelling new works.

Discover Swedish choreographer Björn Säfsten’s Haunted Desires, a raw, fragile exploration of digital algorithms and the production of desire. Three dancers dissect the iconography of social media feeds, transforming random scrolling into an intense physical language that merges the autobiographical with the fictional. Experience Cameroonian-Finnish artist Sonya Lindfors’s Living In Color / In Living Color. (from her Black & Blue series). This speculative, decolonial practice weaves performative actions into a fluid collective space, inviting audiences to sit with the discomfort of racialization while dreaming of expansive Black futures. Finally, Canadian choreographer Audrée Juteau & N. Zoey Gauld & Catherine Lavoie-Marcus present Mystic-Métallic, a powerful sociopolitical commentary responding to the mining industry. Blurring lines between destroyer and destroyed, three gargoyles navigate polluted lands to find a healing frequency between bodies, machines, and the earth. Each excerpt is 25-30 minutes long.
